Eagle Hospital Physicians  (”EAGLE”) takes your privacy seriously and has created the following Privacy Policy to explain to you Eagle’s information collection and use practices associated with this website (”Eagle Site”). The Privacy Policy describes what information Eagle collects through the Eagle Site and how Eagle uses this information. By using the Eagle Site, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection and use of information in connection with your activities on the Eagle Site in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date above. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update this Privacy Policy, and any such modification, alteration or update will be effective upon posting. What Information Is Collected?

We may collect two types of information from you, (i) personally identifiable information , and (ii) anonymous information.

Anonymous Information. Anonymous information refers to information that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. Each time a visitor comes to the Eagle Site, Eagle collects some information to improve the overall quality of the visitor’s online experience. How is your information used?

Our use. Personally Identifiable Information will only be collected to the extent that Eagle deems it reasonably necessary to serve legitimate business purposes, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) for purposes of employment considerations, if you are applying for a position with Eagle or any of its affiliates, (ii) to correspond with you regarding the Eagle Site; (iii) to provide you with requested information about Eagle, Eagle’s services, or the services of our affiliates and/or partners; (iv) to inform you of developments about Eagle, Eagle’s services, or the services of our affiliates and/or partners that we believe may be of interest to you; (v) to monitor Eagle Site visitor traffic patterns and Eagle Site usage; (vi) to comply with applicable laws; (vii) to enforce our Terms of Use; and (viii) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle, our users, and others.

Sharing information. We share your information only with our affiliates and partners to provide you with information about our services and/or in the context of employment considerations, if you are applying for a position with Eagle or any of its affiliates. Also, we may share in aggregate, statistical form, non-personal information regarding the visitors to the Eagle Site, traffic patterns, and Eagle Site usage with our partners, affiliates or advertisers. Contractors

Eagle may retain the services of outside contractors, and may disclose relevant Personally Identifiable Information to these contractors in the course of their services for Eagle. Is My Personal Information Secure?

Eagle is committed to the use of industry-standard security and data protection products to protect the privacy of your Personally Identifiable Information from unauthorized third parties. Appropriate safeguards have been implemented to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of Personally Identifiable Information. However, transmissions over the Internet are not always secure, and Eagle cannot guarantee that information you transmit utilizing the Eagle Site is secure; nor can we guarantee the performance or adequacy of any other security measures we employ.

Are Children Permitted to Use the Eagle Site?

This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Eagle Physicians does not intentionally collect or use any Personal Information from children who identify themselves as being under the age of 13. By using the Eagle Site, you represent that you are not under 13 years of age.

Please note that the Eagle Site may contain links to other websites. Eagle is not responsible for such linked websites nor the content of any of the linked websites, nor can Eagle guarantee that such other sites’ privacy policies conform to our own. No Error-Free Performance

Eagle does not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. Eagle may not always catch an unintended privacy issue, despite Eagle’s efforts to do so.
