Madeline Wills serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Eagle Telemedicine, where she leads the company’s legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance, contracting, and enterprise risk management functions. As a member of Eagle’s executive leadership team, she helps support the organization’s continued growth and its mission to expand access to high-quality specialty care for hospitals and health systems nationwide.
Wills brings extensive healthcare legal and executive experience to Eagle. Before joining the company, she served as Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Wellstar Health System following its partnership with Augusta University Health System. Prior to that, she was Vice President and General Counsel of AU Health System, now Wellstar MCG Health, the academic health system supporting the Medical College of Georgia.
Throughout her career, Wills has advised executive leadership teams and boards of directors on a broad range of legal, regulatory, operational, and strategic matters. Her experience spans physician services, healthcare transactions, compliance and privacy, telehealth, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and health system operations. She played a key leadership role in the legal work supporting the landmark partnership between AU Health System and Wellstar Health System, one of the most significant healthcare transactions in Georgia’s history.
Wills earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where she also completed a Moore Honors College graduate capstone in Legal Studies with highest honors. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.
