The first five employees to submit referrals that lead to a meeting or conference call with the hospital prospect will receive $250 each.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
- Referral Eligibility: All Eagle Hospital Physicians’ employees are eligible to refer candidates.
- To be eligible for the referral bonus, referrals must be submitted to Eagle Hospital Physicians for review for eligibility through the Referral form web link.
- Eligible opportunities are those that are not already ACTIVE prospects.
- The referring individual must agree to have his/her name used for introduction.
- The first eligible individual to refer a candidate will be the only referring individual eligible for the referral bonus payment.
- Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Eagle Hospital Physicians’ Executive Leadership.
- All referral bonus payments will be paid within 30 days of the signed contract with the hospital.
