The first thing that we do to implement synchronous telehealth is a kickoff call. This call usually lasts about an hour. The call includes your Eagle implementation manager and several other key members from Eagle Telemedicine. This is an opportunity for the team at your hospital to become familiar with your partners at Eagle.
On the hospital side, we like to have as many people that will be involved in the launch of your synchronous telehealth program as possible. It’s wise to include nursing and physician leadership on this call. Depending on the specialty being implemented, the hospital may include key administrators and department heads.
